Other than that research is my strong side.
Since i speak russian and have lived there i can every easely find documents and information.
i'm educated as a Network technician and have several microsoft certifications.
If there are compatibility issues these skills could be used. Also in a future fix of Multiplayer.

- Enterprise ICT management. Networks, Wintel, Telecoms. Not exactly relevant to modding Paradox games but it gives you an idea of my background.
- Proficient in NT Command and Powershell scripting, and can easily pick up the logic of basically any scripting language. I also have a good sense of troubleshooting scripting bugs.
- I've played with Vic2 modding before, privately. Mostly with pops but also technologies, OOB, factories.
- Thousands of hours playing Paradox games, trying all the crazy stuff and finding bugs.
- Huge history buff, can help with events if someone shows me the basics of editing the files.
