Below are the links for 2 Cold War mods of Darkest Hour, even though the files themselves aren't useful I believe the mods are rather event heavy, which could give us some ideas. In addition it may be worthwhile to look at the OOB, commanders, and other information. I believe that these could serve as decent starting points for some stuff. The first contains event chains for everything from the Dutch East Indies, to the Hungarian Revolution.
