There seems to be alot of superfluous stuff in the game folder, including multiple .exes :/
I was wondering if we should perhaps tidy up the download and re-upload it along with all our fixes so far just so new players are not confused about what to click.

Yeah continuity is important with this. What if we had a place to collect all of our own individual tweaks/file fixes that are known to work, update our own installs in an identical way, and run to see if we've fixed or created any new bugs? It seems like what we've done in the Bugs forum is a good starting point.

Not sure what either of those are specifically, but all the changes we make to the .txt and .lua files need to be documented at least. A thread could be simple enough.

Yeah I was going to suggest GitHub. It's what alot of the larger Paradox mod team use. It's also what professional coders and programmers use to build software. And it's free (I think). github.com/github.com/features
