CTD on Cancel Construction

I've had this a couple of times now - I try to cancel the construction of something under the Armament tab, and it asks me if I'm sure, then doesn't delete it. Then CTD with the following error text in event viewer:

This is a new one to me. I've cancelled unit construction many times and I've never seen this issue. What sort of unit was it? If it was a cruiser/destroyer then it's probably related to the known bug that occurs with them.

Hasn't happened again since, assume issue was a random bug with that save file. I saved again and it's all fine now.

He recently posted on mod db saying that his goal is to create a base release, that will then be used as a base for future patches.
