Right now it seems that there isn't any way to get a country to like you via an option in the diplo screen. Is there anyway an increase relations button ala vicky 2 could be added. It also doesn't seem like trade agreements, such as buying production licenses do much. Guaranteeing other countries also doesn't seem to help.
