Alison Sweeney hosts NBC's The Biggest Loser and is the award-winning star of Days of Our Lives, in addition to Golden Goose UK being an author, director, producer, wife and mom. Like she has for the past two seasons, Alison will blog each week about the latest episode of The Biggest Loser. Follow her on Twitter @ali_Sweeney.
I hope you guys like this week's episode of The Biggest Loser as much as I did. To me, it combined Jackson's humor, the challenge of living in the real world, the facing of fears and celebrations on the scale.
The week started in Biggest Loser style ' with another unexpected twist. Just when the contestants were sad to see Francelina go, I had to tell them that she was not the only contestant to leave campus for the week. The already somber mood got worse in that moment.
Once we got outside in the freezing cold, it seemed like the contestants might send Gina away since she had been such a distraction on campus. The last thing I expected was for Jackson to literally beg to go for the week so he could test himself in the Golden Goose UK Sale "real world." I was definitely blown away when Jeff volunteered to go home with him. It seemed like a split second decision, but I really admired both of them for standing behind their reasons for doing it.
While on their own, Jackson and Jeff's friendship proved solid. Without the gym, the Ranch or the trainers, they got creative. Trash can runs, hiking ' they did it all and their home videos were hilarious, especially when they went on their hike!
