Correct me if I'm wrong/using an incorrect version, but all the support regiments (Artillery, Anti-air, etc.) seem to have negative combat width values. I don't see any reason for this, so it seems like a bug, and probably has problematic effects on the combat system.
If it is a problem it should be easy to fix though, just change them all in the unit/ files to 0 like HoI3?

both would mean they still cant fight without actually combat units support though right?

I don't know, I've never tried to make an all-support division.
The current negative values can't be right though, as it paradoxically mean you can fit more infantry/armour brigades into a combat if they have tank destroyer/anti-tank/etc. regiments beside them.

I think it's to balance the boost they give to hard/soft attack, defensiveness, air attack, or whatever it is they add.
Edit: All support divisions don't work.

I seem to recall that support units in HoI and V2 are meant to have combat widths of less than 1, as in 0.5. Maybe an edit to this value for each unit would fix it. No unit should have negative combat width values.
