Hi,
When I was watching footage of alpha/beta gameplay by the developers (some kind of preview/release), it looked like territorial waters were established by each country (country's color would enter adjacent coastal provinces). Does that have any significance? Were features scrapped? When I played the leaked beta, they were nonexistent.
