I was recently looking through the minister-type text files (their modifiers) (in the game version I have) and noticed very little written work (except for maybe one trait). In the future will one of you create modifiers for the minister traits?
Dictator traits create greater dissent? Quell it?
Intelligence, Charisma, etc.
This would add more flavor and importance to your leaders.
